I bought these two halter tops/dresses for Brynn from Plumtickled. They are only $15 each and they are great because she can wear them as a dress now and a shirt next summer as the elastic is big enough to stretch and the neck ties are very long so are easily adjustable! And they are super cute!
EDITED: I made some bows to match the halters so decided to switch out the pictures
