Our house has sold! Woo hoo! At least we are pretty sure it has-we still have to sign the papers :) We are SOOOOO lucky that nothing was damaged in the winds yesterday, so Jeremy made sure to call the realtor to let her know. Unfortunately we aren't making anything off of it-actually losing some, but we don't really have a choice I guess with the way everything is going right now anyway. The buyers don't have a house to sell so they want to move in by the end of the month! Kristin, I'll need your advice on quick moving-haha! We haven't started to pack ANYTHING!

That is exciting news! Good luck with the move. My best tip for moving is have about 10 people come and help you, lol!

Hooray!! That's great! Well, the good news is that I literally had everything packed up in just over a week--it's almost easier that way. However your move should be a TON easier, b/c you can just keep making trips over there and not worry about having EVERY single piece of your life wrapped in bubblewrap and cardboard! Start taking down pictures and just take them over there now--do as much of the small stuff as you can ahead of time! GOOD LUCK!!
Oh...and hire someone to clean out the old place...it's the last thing you'll feel like doing!!!

i get them before you do Dallas! But unfortunately they're moving across town into Jeremy's dad's vacant house.
